ManageSoft appoints new President and CEO
Michael Carabetta selected for top job

ManageSoft®, a leading, privately-held provider of intelligent solutions to help enterprises deploy, secure, and manage their software assets and computing infrastructure, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Carabetta as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Carabetta most recently held the position of VP Marketing for ManageSoft, where he was instrumental in driving product strategy and launching new software license and security compliance solutions. Prior to joining ManageSoft, he held senior management positions including CEO, President, Chief Operating Officer, and VP of Sales for PS'Soft, Novadigm, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Amdahl Corporation.
"Mike has extensive experience and success in software management, deep knowledge of customer requirements, and hands-on experience working with the outstanding ManageSoft team.
