Microsoft certifies ManageSoft SAM solution
Software vendor adds Microsoft Competency in Licensing Solutions

ManageSoft Corporation is pleased to announce that it is now a Microsoft Certified Partner specializing in Software Asset Management (SAM). SAM is a specialization within the Licensing Solutions Competency defined by the Microsoft Partner Program.

The Licensing Solutions Competency is for partners that have a proven expertise in serving customers with highly challenging, competitive and complex licensing and software asset management (SAM) environments. The Software Asset Management specialization is designed for partners that combine licensing skills with strong diplomatic skills to help customers understand and address compliance issues and help them realize and experience the ongoing benefits and efficiencies of SAM.
ManageSoft has a long history of Microsoft certification, achieving Gold Certified Partner level in 2001 on the back of one of the first software management product Windows 2000 Server certifications in the world.
Current ManageSoft products interoperate with existing Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory and Systems Management Server (SMS), and provide license management for SOX and other regulatory compliance, as well as management of software and hardware as assets.

To achieve certification, ManageSoft professional services consultants passed Microsoft Exam 70-123: Planning, Implementing, and Maintaining a Software Asset Management (SAM) Program.
