Certification
ManageSoft provides certification
programs for IT professionals. Our certification program enables customers and partners to support ManageSoft
implementations. Upon passing the certification test, the individual will receive a certificate to validate their ManageSoft certification level.
Benefits of Certification
The benefits of certification are that the certified individual can be confident that they properly understand the application and are in a position
to offer advice and guidance to their peers; for the organization, management can be assured their staff is qualified to support and work
with the application. ManageSoft certifications are an acknowledgment
that the student has mastered a single product offering from ManageSoft.
Requirements for Certification
Certification is based on a combination of training
and assessment tasks. To become certified, an individual would need to
- Attend official ManageSoft training for a particular product or service
- Study and practice on the particular product or service
- Register and take an online certification test
Certification tests are available for the
following:
- Certified ManageSoft Compliance Administrator
- Certified ManageSoft Deployment Engineer
- Certified ManageSoft Security Engineer
The tests are timed tests taken online, usually lasting from 60-90 minutes.
You will have three tries to pass the test before having to register again.
Passing scores are between 65% and 75% depending on the difficulty of the test.
