Training Services

ManageSoft provides Training Services to deliver the right training at the right time, allowing you to quickly take advantage of the power of ManageSoft tools. Training services include:

• Instructor led - onsite training: Onsite training consists of a certified ManageSoft instructor coming to your site to deliver training for your staff.
• Self-study, online training: Web-based courses targeted to specific roles and available on-demand
• Certification: Certification to validate a users knowledge of ManageSoft product

Role-Based Training

ManageSoft has structured it's training for the people using our tools. There are a variety of roles played by these users, and as such, users require the information that's relevant for their particular role.

To respond to these needs, ManageSoft has defined training for the following roles for users of our ECM product in an organization:

• Project Managers - managers needing an an overview for ECM as well as best practices using ECM
• Hardware Asset Managers - managers responsible for hardware assets in ECM
• Software Asset Managers - any user working with basic license records in ECM
• License Compliance Managers - users managing advanced license options in ECM.
