ManageSoft, a leading, privately held provider of intelligent solutions to help enterprises deploy and manage their client software and computing infrastructures, today announced Universal versions of its acclaimed suite of software management solutions.
"Our strategy reflects the real-world needs of IT professionals to support a diverse mixture of clients and servers through greater automation, increased productivity and a reduction in costs," said Walter J. Elliot, chief executive officer of ManageSoft. "Using Apple's Xcode toolset to create Universal applications was smooth and fast so we're thrilled to support the new Intel-based Macs as Apple's power, innovation, and usability is translating into a larger role in the IT strategies of many leading businesses and educational institutions."
"Xcode really give developers the power to quickly and easily create Universal versions of their applications," said Ron Okamoto, Apple's vice president of Worldwide Developer Relations. "We're delighted to have Managesoft's powerful client management solutions join the rapidly growing number of Universal applications."
