for Software Asset Management

ManageSoft—the leading provider of desktop to datacenter software asset management solutions—announced today that its latest customer, Osmose Holdings, has projected a six-figure savings by implementing ManageSoft’s Enterprise Compliance Manager™ (ECM) software for asset recognition, license entitlement, and contract management.

Osmose Holdings, Inc., a global provider of wood preservation technologies and specialty services to the utility and railroad industries, uses ManageSoft’s ECM software to govern its software assets across its fleet of mobile and desktop computers, as well as in its datacenter. Complex license types, such as Microsoft® Developers Network, were proving to be impossible to manage without a license management solution. In addition, reallocating costly application licenses and realizing the license entitlement impact weren’t possible before implementing the ECM software.
